Working on Pre-underwriting checklists and ordering Appraisal, Flood and Title
- To check the property address with USPS and Purchase agreement.
- To check the loan product and property type so that appraisal product can be decided according it.
- Order flood and check property details are correct.
- Property appears in Flood zone area then send Flood certificate to borrower.
- To Order title check for settlement agent’s emails id.
- Review all the documents and tasks related to borrower’s credit, capacity, capital and collateral.
- Make sure Income and Assets document are available as per Automated Underwriting System (AUS)
- Two years of employment and residential history
- Cross verify borrower data with system application and sales contract.
- Push the file to the underwriter’s queue at earliest with proper guidelines.
Responsibility
- To assign loans for all team members.
- To train and assist new employees
