Experience in preventive maintenance and central maintenance of High pressure pump. Centrifugal pump,vessels,shells,Conveyors,reciprocating compressor, Power transmission equipment, Gear & Gear boxes, Fan and Heavy duty valve.
1. Mechanical maintenance fitting dismantling repairing overhauling monitoring calibration installation etc. of the following equipments and machineries, breakdown and preventive maintenance in the machineries and equipments.
2. Pump all types of negative and positive displacement of pumps.
3. Compressor maintenance of all types of compressor such as reciprocating and rotating
compressor.
4. Mechanical maintenance of gearboxes bearing (frictional & antifriction) clutches coupling shafts,
chain, drive, belt drives system etc.
5. Mechanical maintenance of highly sophisticated hydraulic system pneumatic system & centralized
lubrication system.
6. Knowledge of installation, commissioning of machines, leveling alignments & balancing of
machines.
7. Knowledge in handling of precision measuring and checking equipment such as Micrometer,
Vernier Caliper, Dial test indicators and Universal Bevel protector.
8. Knowledge of shut down preparation and job execution.
9. Capability to reduce the delay time in break dawn.
10. Capability to increase the safety awareness among group members.
11. Knowledge of company safety standards.
12. Knowledge of safety rules & application.
ACCIDENT CONTROL:
We can control accident by awareness system awareness training regarding safety. Apply road signals, safety items like helmet, goggles, hand gloves, face glass, safety belts to wear.
