                          ·         Oversee entire Gujarat and responsible for the sale of CR, DR & consumables for the Medical Division with the help of channel partners and Direct team to private institutes, Clinics, Multi-specialty Hospitals, Super Specialty, Dispensaries, and Govt. sectors, Corporate Hospital 
Achieve targets as per Area Sales Plan. 
Implement strategies for the assigned territory. 
Promote products to individual doctors & hospitals in assigned regions. Look for additional business by means of tender & government businesses. 
Collaborate & cooperate with RSM as & when required. 
Dealer Management 
Handle Dealers in the area & participate in technical meetings on their behalf. Maintain strong professional associations with Dealers. 
Responsible for providing timely data/information for CRM entry. 
Customer Management & Development 
Retain key accounts & create new clients through the demand generation process. 
Identify, develop & manage more channels of business in the area. Look after channel as well as direct sales. 
Provide solutions to customers to meet their specifications on the basis of techno-commercial discussions. 
Upgrade existing customers to newer technologies. 
Marketing Intelligence 
Track & manage market information especially competitor activities. 
Report all sales-related activities, market trends & competitor activities in the territory to the Area/Regional Manager.
