- Planning and Execute daily works according to Inspection plan and Inspection offer for quality team.
- Review of Projects Approved documents like QAP, SOP, and Test procedure, Technical Specification, Approved Drawing, Applicable Standard and Code etc.
- Lead a group of 50-60 labors efficiently to meet monthly production target with minimum defects.
- Inspection of Fabricated and machined components at Shop.
- Involved in Different inspection Stages during manufacturing of fabricated component like Marking, Cutting, and Fit up etc.
- Ensure Sound Fit up, Visual, Dimensional Inspection and Monitoring of Welding parameters prior and during welding as per the Approved WPS.
- Machining inspection of fabricated structure like Mill housing , Embedded part , Accessories for erection etc. according to approved drawing and documents and Ensure required dimensions, geometrical tolerance, Visual quality of each machined components.
- Assembly and Sub-assembly inspection at Shop and ensure proper alignment, sound fit up, Dimensions and Visual quality of overall assembly.
- Preparation of Check sheet for different process like Machining, Fabrication, Raw material and assembly.
- Setting up weekly, monthly and quarterly plan as per the schedule given by the team leader.
- I handled Projects like BHEL, FLSmidth, Thyssenkrupp, L&T, SMS Group etc.
