Clarifying team doubts in real time to ensure
Accurate information is given to customers to maintain a good customer experience.
Preparing work modules for the team to enhance product knowledge (decision trees) and improve quality scores.
Helping team members with the navigation of the tools and developing their skills
Resolving client queries on a priority basis and handling escalations in all three mediums (calls, chats, and emails)
Addressing Supervisor calls and managing general callbacks
Planning and overseeing how to resolve client requests
(feature requests given by customers) I will reach out to the product team to check on how we can address the same.
Updating clients about new developments in the company's products.
Attending team meetings and industry events to ensure customer satisfaction.
Co-ordinating with product team regarding bulk communications to customers
