Responsibilities:
- Responsible for creating an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture and setting clear team goals.
- Responsible for delegating tasks and set deadlines for your internal team.
- Responsible for monitor team performance and report on metrics to management and client.
- Responsible for doing analysis on new requirement on the files regarding their contents.
- Root cause analysis on the batch failures associated with the scheduled jobs and fixing those to make sure this does not affect the process.
- Working with the Client Management Team, involving in the Meeting with the client to discuss the requirement and risk before applying any change in the business environment.
- Directly working with Product owner and Scrum master to make sure priority tasks moving to Agile and addressed to concern team.
- Responsible for writing Shell Scripts to automate regular business process and reduce manual efforts.
- Using different Ticketing Tools to check for any logged ticket and resolve issues within predefined SLA defined by the client.
