Experienced in mainframe production support and development for Citibank in APAC EMEA regions.
Working as a L2 Application Engineer in the field of wealth management (Mutual funds, securities, Insurance, FX, etc). Previously have worked in Citi Credit card management system.
Worked well independently and in team as well to solve production issues related to wealth management application directly affecting clients and customers.
Have worked in high pressure environment always delivering good quality work on time and maintaining SLA as well.
Have introduced daily SOD/EOD health check jobs in production to make sure all market related order are executed and settled without any issues.
Responsible for taking care of user incidents for Stocks and Mutual Funds.
Have introduced report generation and NDM jobs in production for sending error reports directly to Citibank users.
Have good knowledge of Mutual fund, securities and insurance cycles.
