4. Inspection of Trenching ,Stringing, Laying, Welding, Joint Coating, Radiography Test of Pipeline. 
5. Pipeline Crossing (HDD, Cased Crossing, Manual Boring, Open Cut)
6. Non-Destructive Testing (RT,UT,DPT,MPT) result and maintaining records.
7. CNG Fabrication And hook up.
8. Witnessed Welding Repair.
9. Inspection of Lowering with proper depth & trench width for proper alignments.
10. Line survey for marker and post.
11. Visual and dimensional inspection of raw materials,Correlating with the Test Certificates and 
12. Inspection carried out as per international standards like ASME, ASTM & API etc. 
13. Witnessing of Pre & Post Hydrotest.
14. Oil and Gas Pipeline Management.
15. Ensuring HSSE at site.
16. Construction Supervision, Testing & Commissioning.

1. Perform day-to-day quality related activities of the contract at site.
2. Daily inspection of the site
3. Verify that the latest copies of appropriate Plans, Quality work procedures and work instructions are available at site.
4. Carry out all inspection and test requirements of the contract at all stages as per the QCP and contract requirements (Including receiving inspection)
5. Periodically monitor the storage of materials at site/yard and at concrete mixing area and ensure that only right materials from rights sources are used as per the specifications.
6. Planning the Site works Complete as per the site Schedule.
7. Provide assistance to Manager in the preparation of contract/project quality procedures, work instructions and plans as required.
8. Ensure that all activities carried out are in compliance with Quality requirements of the contract.
9. NDT interpretation of weld joint radiographs.
10. Mechanical clearance for hydro-testing and lowering.
11. Train the site Supervisor on Contract Quality Plans and Quality Control Plans and execute the work.
12. Responsible for Conducting procedure qualification, welder qualification and electrode qualification tests, NDT (RT,UT,PT,MPT) Inspection, Interpretation of RT films, hydrotesting of pipes Section, Inspection of surface preparation, Sand blasting inspection and field joint coating.
13. Quality control and inspection of pipeline during fabrication and laying in CNG Gas Pipeline laying & commissioning.
14. Ensuring HSSE at site.
15. Ensuring compliance of WPI, SSRA and its mitigation actions , TBT with team, Hazards & Near miss reporting.
