of electro-mechanical products and equipment using design software.
Complete change requests from clients; undertake revisions to product or BOM in PLM and PDM databases as needed; Assist
clients on projects that require additional effort in completing on time
Design Of machine, Create Assembly, part modeling, Drawings, BOM and discuss the vendor about the manufacturing.
Create configurations-Configuring the assembly as per different working stages of machines Configuring the parts as per the
model changes.
Create part library for the standard parts.
Create Motion studies to show the automation and working system of the machine
Image rendering of the parts and assembly as per client standard.

Design of Medical machines and special purpose machines,
Project handled: - Medical machinery Skan DR, Skan Mobile, (Human body scanning machine) for Skanray Technologies,
Mysore.
Check book automation and pinning Machine, CD 1000(for SBI), and Multi speed card reader and encoder machine for Manipal

Creating parts, assembly, BOM, detailed drawings, ECN for manufacturing . Selecting Standard items. Discuss the design with
head of department and get it approved.

Responsible for overall design activities of project assigned using Design Software. Design of Press tools(Automobile
Components), Simple molds, New product.
Preparation of manufacturing drawings and assembly drawings.
Drawing modification of parts, sub assembly and assembly of existing products.
Review and verify the drawing with HOD, before being released for developments purpose. To co-ordinate with development
member for making samples for new application.
To liaison with customer & other departments for any clarification and feedback. Responsible for maintaining all design
documents (ECN,MOM) with master list. Coordinate with HOD for preparing control plan and development of new product

Design of different type of Sheet Metal Products using Solid Works and AUTO CAD.
Creating detailed drawing of Products for fabrication. Creating drawings as per customer requirements using Solid Works and
AUTO CAD.
Design of kitchen equipment’s, bakery machinery, and electrical panel boards.
Part modeling, Sheet metal modeling, assembly modeling, creating layout of kitchens.
