We have designed a modular jig for a food processing component in a CATIA V5 and analysed for its weight in ANSYS and also for its cost optimization.

 The machine is used to convert the kitchen waste into organic manure,Specific amount of waste is automatically provided to the machine and then separation of water from the waste, Then the waste undergo series of process like grinding, mixing,crushing, then the waste is mixed with the Soil,then we obtain final product as a organic manure.

A typical Hair Dryer is bought from the market to understand the reverse engineering, By reverse engineering method we learn to understand the new ideology various attempts to make a similar product, at first the hair dryer is completely disassembled into single parts, every parts are measured physically and the dimensions are taken and the shapes of the parts are observed.By using CATIA modeling software every part is modelled by giving appropriate dimensions.Finally all the parts are assembled to make the exact replica of the product.

The project was aimed to dispense the sauce on the bread automatically,the

bread undergo series of process and then quantitative amount of sauce should dispense

on the bread as set by the user.
