- Selected as an analyst
- Subject Matter Expert of the team
- Estimates – Responsible to submit estimate that may occur due to incorrect processing or missed trades.
- Correcting trades - Submitting Manual Checks, ACH & Wire and review of OOM application.
- Allocation of work to the team in absence of Supervisor
- Escalating issues or queries to onshore for exceptions or answers
- High Volatile Client Specific review
- Supporting in query solving and internal review/qc.
- Training CAM for New joiners and upskilling them with process knowledge.
- Reporting – Sending out quality report to team to review errors and discuss them
- Team Huddle – Sharing new updates and conducting error sessions
- Checking system access for new staff before they start processing.
- SOP review - Drafting or Editing the procedures for the process with recent updates/changes
- Training on existing staff on US TEFRA (Tax)
- Training staff on Migrating clients to India
- Automation tools – In Progress of getting certified on shared service tool for Baseline and Eliza for process improvement.
- Creating Learning videos of process start to end which will help new joiners & existing staff
- Hosting events – RNR hosting & keeping people engaged through fun activity.
