Handle Export Import customer. Catering Transaction of Remittances, Bank Guarantee, Letter of Credit, Buyers Credit, Suppliers Credit and Inland trade Discounting as well. Synergy with various groups like SMEAG, GBG,LCG,MMG and WBG.

to client retention and growth.
Maintaining and updating accurate client information; taking ownership of client service requests and enquiries.
Primary point of contact and trusted advisor to the client and, over time, retain and enhance this relationship, driving
the relationship profitability and client satisfaction.

The primary task was to handle calls from clients and provide them with a solution to their queries. Being an associate proved my worthiness and Loyalty toward Company and customers as well.
