isolation checking LEL
• To identify unsafe act and conditions, insist for immediate
corrections to ensure safe work.
• Report UAC
• Track & monitor compliance of Work permit system
• To ensure TBT are conducted
• JSA
• Contractor safety management & Auditing
• Advise & Guide subcontractors for implementation of HSE
plan
• Conducting Investigation of Accident, dangerous
occurrences near misses
• To monitor 100% use of PPE, train workers for correct use of
PPE, identify PPE non compliances & take corrective
& preventive actions
• Safety committee meeting
• Maintaining Safety observations register
• To verify third party inspections & Machine testing of lifting
tools & tackles, cranes etc.
