Worked in, AVOC (Amazon Vision Operation Center) as a Remote Count associate. This team supports operational planning and execution for warehouses, Supply Chain and Carriers. It also supports the planning and execution of operations.
• To audit the bins in the Amazon robotic Fulfillment center spread across North America, Europe and Japan regions and escalate the mismatches between the physical and the virtual inventories.
• To monitor the bin image extractions from the Visual Bin Inspection (VBI) towers set up in the Amazon robotic Fulfillment center.
• To escalate improper bin images extracted by the Visual Bin Inspection tower to the regional or the local Amazon Fulfillment center teams.
• Review relevant metrics, develop hypothesis about what is causing the problem, and identify the root cause.
• Ticket Raising and Resolving tickets for feedback.
• Mentoring bottom performers to help them elevate their performance.
