Work closely with management on all diversity initiatives involving recruitment to ensure fairness in hiring practices
Use various methods to recruit and network with potential candidates including social media platforms, networking events and job fairs
Ensure proper onboarding for new hires and the necessary paperwork is completed promptly and accurately
Conduct preliminary interviews with recruits to gauge interest, personality and salary requirements
Provide feedback to management about details regarding applications
Using standardized screening techniques, Assess the skills, qualifications and experience of potential candidates
Actively work toward building a diverse and qualified team to support the organization
Manage complete employee life cycle processes like On-boarding, induction, probation, confirmation, employee benefits, transfers, promotions & separations through existing hr systems & processes.
Tabulate attendance,leave management system & ensure policies are updated
Preparing & maintaining all paperworks & documentation for compliance.
Maintaining employee's database , employee life cycle hire & rehire ( greythr software & hardcopies as per company policies)
Payroll processing.
Employee relations addressing demand, grievances or other issues.
Driving various hr initiatives related to employee benefits, employee engagement & performance management.
Conducting exit interviews & full & final settlement.
Letters generation, maintaining employee files & database accurately
Training & development provision according to employees performance & appraisal process.
