Joined the organisation as a Sr Customer care executive taking care of one of their B2B captive business named ChexSystems later moved on work for their more complex sub departments taking care of B2C. Gained experience in Data entry, Processing , Investigation,Disputes and Phones.  After 3 years of working for 7+ departments for the same process, got promoted as a Sr. Quality executive. While working at this position for 4 years gaining knowledge in through cross skilling for 4 processes, was promoted to be a Compliance Specialist. After a year, was promoted for an equivalent position as an Assistant Manager Quality. Currently working at the same position which requires analytical skill and insightful knowledge on the crucial areas of Team Handling and Quality management. Fairly well-versed in the work, strategies, and procedures of Corporate framework.
