Joined the organisation as a Sr Customer care executive. After 3 years of working for 7+ departments for the same process, got promoted as a Sr. Quality executive. While working at this position for 4 years for  gaining knowledge in through cross skilling for 4 processes, was promoted to be a Compliance Specialist. After a year, was promoted for an equivalent position as an Assistant Manager Quality. Currently working at the skills same position with analytical skill and insightful knowledge on the crucial areas of Team Handling and Quality management. Fairly well-versed in the work, strategies, and procedures of Corporate framework.
