disconnect cases. My work is to log SLM call for engineer visit
and provide him every support for access ATM or help from
bank CRA etc. I was hired for setup a call log and followup
process in EJ department to decrease penalty due to
disconnect EJ, and am preety good in followup and close
allmost 90% calls without any issue with proper TAT time.
10% were network issue and other site related issues.
