1. Development of New products using new concepts or Reverse Engineering for various types of Solenoid valves & Pneumatic actuated valves.
2. To check whether the products are as per the desired standards. (ISO, IS, IEC, ASME)
3. Preparation of B.O.M. for various types of Solenoid & Pneumatically operated valves.
4.Design & Development of existing valves for different purposes such as customer requirement, working pressure, type of fluid.
5. To generate 3D models on Unigraphics NX 12.0 & drafting 2D drawings on AutoCad 2021.
6. Preparation of Sales Drawings as per Order Confirmation received from customers.
7. Providing necessary information to Manufacturing, Assembly, Purchase team for further process to get executed.
8. Documentation work as per ISO 9001:2015 standards.
