 • Maintain all the quality standards as per tender documents and method statements 
• Prepare Weekly Quality Report and Monthly Quality Report 
• Conduct internal audits and prepare the Audit reports 
• Arranging external audits and resolve Non-conformances 
• Monitoring of all quality control activities as per ITP 
• Ensure quality of all material is in compliance with the project specifications  
• Prepare material inspection report and material consumption record 
• Supervise the effective implementation of all the tests and inspection schedules  
•  Ensure  adherence to all project  quality control  procedures 
•  Raise  Request  for  Inspection  and  coordinate with client  for  closure 
•  Pre  and post  inspection  of  all cast  structures 
•  Develop a method  statement  for  the activity  including risk assessment,  job  safety  analysis,  inspection  test  plan and  checklist as  per  project  specification 
•  Monitor  performance of  subcontractor  and  identify,  raise material and  workmanship  concerns 
•  Responsible for  QA/QC documents  of  complete project  including certificates,  calibration,  test  results,  inspection requests,  nonconformance reports  and  site observation  reports,  materials delivered  and  other  important  QA/QC documents. 

•  Ensure  all  activities  are  performed  as  per  Quality Management System 
•  Prepare  material inspection  report  and  get  General Consultant’s approval. 
•  Raise  Request  for  Inspection  and  coordinate with client  for  closure 
•  Monitor  concrete batching procedures 
•  Follow up of  the concreting works  in  a presence of  Consultant  and conduct  slump test  and  cubes  preparation  for  the compressive test 
•  Pre  and post  inspection  of  all the  cast  structures 
•  Coordinate with the consultant’s  representative and  Site In-charge for  inspection 
•  Ensure  acceptable quality of  materials,  processes  and workmanship in  the project 
•  Responsible for  QA/QC documents  of  complete project  including certificates,  calibration,  test  results,  inspection requests,  nonconformance reports  and  site observation  reports,  materials delivered  and  other  important  QA/QC documents. 
•  Conduct internal audits  and  co-ordinate during external audits 
•  Resolve Non-conformances 

• Monitoring Project Quality activities as per schedule • Prepare the status report  
• Managing the project resources 
• Coordinating with the other concerned professionals like architects, surveyors, contactors, etc. 
• Getting accurate information of the needs and requirements of the clients. 
• Conducting the routine inspection of the site • QA/QC Documentation of the ongoing project
