Responsible for research work in Syndication Loan Services.
Coding notices/instructions received from the agent bank on LsFax.
Process activities on WSO(Wall Street Office) as instructed by the agent bank.
Part of processing team and process various activities like Rollover, Interest, Rates, Paydown etc.
AIFMD (Reconcile the Agent bank position with current position on custody)
PGIM Recon (Reconcile pending trades and positions between client file and SSB file)
Preparing timely amortization schedule of principal repayment.
Research work on rating agency like Moody's, S&P(Standard and Poor), and Fitch.
Responsible to provide accurate ratings to clients and also update ratings on LoanOps.
Export data from Bloomberg and provide the details to client.
Bond setup on WSO via, requesting asset setup from collaborate site.
Proficient in tools like LSFax, WSO, LoanOps.
Conduct training for new joiners.
Communicating with client on regular basis.
