· Design of Pressure Vessel as per ASME Boiler and Pressure vessel Codes, standards and procedures.
Preparation of Mechanical design calculation and Mechanical Data sheet for ‘U’ & ‘UM’ stamp Pressure Vessels, pharmaceutical Equipment’s, Railway components. Preparation of Technical Specifications & Material Requisitions for Raw material Procurement. Preparation of GA Drawings, Detail, Fabrication Drawings and Bill of materials for Pressure Vessels and Railway Components, pharmaceutical Equipment’s, Aerospace ground Equipment’s. Detailing drawing as per company standards, Reproducing 2D drawings provided from client to 3D cad models using cad software and implementing DFMA for ease of manfacture.
 Design of sheet metal components as per customer requirement. · Fixture design for controlling welding distortions and various sheet metal applications.
· Co ordination with Production department for the design change requests. Project Planning and Costing estimation & Implementation of Project in Shop Floor. Preparing necessary Production & Purchase Documents (BOM, Process Plan, PFC, Fabrication drawing of parts and Assemblies).

Responsible of In-process inspection, in the shop floor. Responsible for final inspection of powder coated, plated and other surface finished components.
Providing action plan for Non confirmities through 8-D problem solving technique and preventing reoccurrence of Non confirmities. Preparing the Final inspection reports of regular production and submitting to the customer.
