- Offering confidential support to the Senior Management Executives, primarily in Human Resources, Corporate Support, Risk Management and Board Office, managing their requirements, ensuring two-way communication, building relationships and credibility with the direct reportees and taking informed decisions.
- Providing the necessary prompt and well- coordinated single point of contact, cross functional coordination, prioritizing activities, analyzing complex issues and completion of assigned tasks.
- Preparing and Updating of Key Policies, Process, Procedures and Guidelines related to the Division, with minimal supervision.
- Involved in the key strategic HR projects such as Succession Planning, Job Evaluation, Performance Management, Reward and Recognition Schemes, Titling and Grading Structures etc.,
- Proficient in correspondence such as Letters, Emails, File Notes & Internal Memos and Efficient Document Controller.
- Preparing Agenda, Reports, Memos and Presentations for the Board and Board sub- committee meetings and documenting the Minutes of the Meetings.
- Handling all regulatory requirements, including official correspondence to regulators and collating, preparing and providing documentary evidences to Internal & External Auditors and regulators.
- Involved in the Bank’s new Head Office Construction project, in terms of coordinating and communicating with design and cost consultants / contractors, tracking work progress, project expenditure, invoices, scope modications, identication and closure of snags etc.,
