Working on post of Deputy Manager as Panel Operator or Shift In charge in shift role job.
- Well versed in operations of process plants in MS Block - Naphtha Hydro Treatment, Continuous Catalytic Regeneration- Platforming, and Isomerization (PENEX) units by licencor UOP- Honeywell.
- Hands on experience in YOKOGAWA CS 3000 DCS platform for handling of normal plant operations and various emergency conditions.
- Thorough understanding of handover & takeover of plant equipment for maintenance activities complying with Work Permit System.
- Handling start-up, shutdown & maintenance related activities ensuring compliance with all subscribed legislative & other requirements.
- Review of engineering documents such as PFD, P&ID, HAZOP, Data sheets, Logic diagrams, Material balance, Energy balance, etc.
- Plant performance monitoring, optimization, yield maximization, troubleshooting process operations and reports generation.
- Handling catalyst loading and unloading activities of reactors, column, adsorbent vessels etc. , based on different condition.
- Thorough understanding of operations and troubleshooting of vessels, furnaces, burners, heat exchangers, pumps, compressors, measuring and control instruments, heat-mass balance, piping, safety systems etc present in process plants.
- Knowledge of Process Safety Management, IMS, EnMS systems.
