- Training Strategies: Created a training plan for all the new hires who joined the Tax deployment team and the AC DET Team as it was a brand-new unit in PwC. Developed & managed a Cross Training program for the Tax professional services team with the end goal of maximizing billable resource utilization.
- Hiring support to the Tax Business: I have partnered with the hiring team in PwC to build a strong unit of talented professionals as we were setting up a new workstreams of AC DET in the Tax & Assurance business.
