As a Assistant Manager, I lead a team of 7 members which were largely involved in doing custom and consulting projects in technology and telecom vertical. My key responsibilities are –
- Responsible for the planning, production, and delivery of GlobalData's portfolio of research & analysis products in the Tech. and Telecoms domain
- Finalizing the research agenda; drafting the resource allocation and research plan, based on resource skills and capabilities; ensuring that the reports meet the quality guidelines and are published within the timelines
- Analyzing the scope of each custom consult assignment; assessing the feasibility and proposing the best solution within the client specified timelines
- Writing country and vertical reports elaborating the usage and future of various technologies across geographies and verticals
- Gather and examine data on client preferences, demographics, requirements, and buying habits to recognize potential factors and markets affecting product requirement
- Organize and attend brainstorming sessions to plan and develop new products and services
- Interacting with key stakeholders for scoping and ensure timely delivery of the custom requests
