- Thorough understanding of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) concepts across the Healthcare Industry
- Experience in defining requirements, focus on customer needs, maintain and prioritize backlogs/roadmaps, and communicate between development and the lines of business
- Expertise in tracking and trending of key competitors and provide key strategic recommendations to the product management teams.

- Hands-on experience on Cerner Millennium solutions. Registration, Scheduling, Patient Accounting, Charge Services, Remittance Posting, Insurance and the Patient Billing workflows, EMR and EHR.
- Have been involved in Requirement Analysis, Test Estimation, Test Strategy/Design, Quality Review, Test Execution, Test/Defect Management, Test Closure.
- Functional Testing, Integration Testing, System Testing and Regression Testing
- Manage and identify dependencies specific to projects/programs that have a tightly controlled timeline with distinct beginning and end. Responsible for coordinating the work cross-functionally as defined by project requirements, performing feasibility and impact assessments
