• Management of assembly jigs, fixture & machines.
• Maintenence and troubling shooting of machines.
(Glue machine.auto screw.ccd screw,current test,auto scan machines).
• Control the rejection and find out its occurrence.
• Handlings Breakdowns & Daily problems.
• Manpower manange according to the production PMC plan.
• Knowledge of store spare parts managements.
• New model Jig's, assembly machines verification and validation.
• Implement kaizen on machines & jigs.
• Documentation of daily,weakly & monthly checksheets.
• Preventive maintenance according to schedule.
• Weakly TPM of Machines.
• Maintain all machines 6’s internally and externally.
• Using 5M method to find out root cause of any defects.
• Final handover of shutdown activities and documents.

Key Responsibilities:
• Complete management of assembly jigs, fixture and machines.
• Modification on assembly equipment, jigs and fixture.
• SOP’s related to jigs, fixture, machines and Labels.
• New model Jig's, assembly machines verification and validation.
• Technical training for technicians.
• Implement new Jig's or tools to ease production process.
• To check the equipment and find the actual root cause for break down.
• Preventive maintenance of all the assembly equipment.
