- Managing of documentation check list to determine the documents, securities etc. required to be obtained from the customer.
- Preparation of financing & security documents, Scrutinizing the FAL, Finance & Security documents and other documents received from customer and advise discrepancies (if any) to Business Unit for rectification.
- Registration of charge with SECP, registration of mortgage deed in Bank's favor, marking of Bank's lien on the collateral Finalization of Disbursement Authorization Certificate (DAC) and issue a DAC.
- Logging the documents/collateral Safe-in-safe-out registers and place the same in Vault, Issuance of NOC's for up-gradation/removal of charge in SECP record, redemption/revocation & lien removal in respective offices (in case of release of property) .
- Corporate & SME portfolio Management i.e. Letter of Guarantees, LC, Diminshing Musharakah, Murabahha, Istisna, & Salam. Documentation, Reviews & and fulfill the requirements as per approval/security, Preparation/Review of Pre-Disbursement Documentation and issue Facility Advising Letter to the Customer. After completion and perfection of charge & security document issue a Disbursement Authorization Certificate (DAC). Maintain stock report and issue Delivery orders for stock upon request of Business Unit.
- Consumer Portfolio Management , Consumer Auto ijarah & Consumer House loan. Documentation review & System entries of Diminishing Musharka (DM) against Vehicle & House . Handling Staff loans ( Staff Auto loan, Staff House loan).
- Generate and review the MIS reports and alerts for follow ups with concerned business units for effective decision making.
- To assist in handling all issues related to internal/external/SBP audit regarding credit administration issues and ensure that all required system support is in place as per best market practice for smooth operation.
- Any additional tasks assigned by the management relevant to Credit Administration
