  • Managing a team of 28 persons which included Payroll employees as well as contract manpower. Allocating of manpower keeping in mind the manpower budget.

  • Guiding & monitoring down teams to bring out their skills and multi-tasking by Job Rotation.
  • Adherence to laws, especially pollution, Pressure Vessels, Autoclaves & safety checks of forklifts.
  • Ensure the Maintenance of three plants at JHAJJAR Location -
 (1) German make Block plant   (2) Dry-mix Putty plant    (3) TBM & Tile adhesive Plant
  • Responsibility for the maintenance of 12 TBH boiler
  • Responsible for the maintenance of 3 autoclaves and other plant machineries such as Gearboxes, Compressors & Pneumatic system, Hydraulic system, Belt & screw conveyors, Slurry & water pumps, Tank agitators, Trolley transfer pushers, Bucket elevators, Lift elevators, Trolley Rail track, Bag Packing machine, Bag printing machine and forklifts (Godrej & Voltas) etc.
