- Leading & supervising of all maintenance processes and operations
- Take participate in plant shutdown planning & monthly MIS meeting and represent maintenance dept
- Daily basis update maintenance KPI ,Fuel consumption ,B/D data report, machine expense report and participate in HOD meeting
- Managing a team of 28 persons. Allocating of manpower keeping in mind the manpower budget.
- Maintain and manage plant machinery and smooth running of production in plant with least breakdown
- Identify, analyze machine spare requirements, maintain critical spare inventory and material purchase process carried out in SAP (MM) Module
- Monitor, analyze and evaluate the breakdown hours, consumptions of consumables and parts of machinery.
- The responsibility includes Predictive/Preventive, Breakdown maintenance, process improvement and provide a reliable & high quality utilities support to manufacturing activities so that the production is as per plan & as per quality parameters.
- Responsible for reduction of MTTR & upgrade in MTBF and ensure maximum up-time for machinery
- Evaluate equipment repair cost and make recommendations on repair versus change
- Carrying out schedule overhaul & replacing parts that have reached the end of working life
- Analysis the problem & do its root cause, and share OPL with team
- Guiding & monitoring downline team to bring out their skills and multi-tasking by job rotation
- Ensuring all departments workers adhere to the safety policies & procedures
- Hiring & training of maintenance staff
- Ensure the Plant maintenance of:-
- Dry-mix plant, capacity of 550 ltr
- Two wall putty plant, capacity of 660 ltr
- Responsible for the maintenance of 12 TBH fire tube boiler, 03 autoclaves, Godrej & Voltas make forklifts, Belt elevators and bag packing machines
