Core function is denial management:
Core function is denial management:
- Analyzing invoices. Analyzing denials which obtained from Insurance.
- Checking eligibility in websites and various source available
- Taking action according to the client's instruction.
- Taking an Appropriate Action to resolve the Claim.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Currently I have in the quality team and my role is satisfy customer needs without defects.
- Quality is about meeting the needs and expectations of customers.
- Maintaining and update the knowledge of billing recoverment and will give feedback to the team.
- On daily basis we give huddle to the team to improve the quality scores.
- An alert to be raised whenever we have identifies error thar requires immediate attention.
- Develops and maintains effective relationships with others in order to encourage and support the team
