- Planning, scheduling and development of a comprehensive baseline program in coordination with the project team in Primavera P6.
- Developing, maintaining and monitoring a detailed schedule of the project as per contract milestones, supply, budget and scope, mainly by using Primavera P6.
- Prepare and monitor all required technical logs as per the approved baseline program.
- Detailed quantitative estimate of materials and tracking of orders received on site according to theoretical calculations.
- Negotiate pricing, timelines, services, and terms with vendors.
- Manage internal and external contractors throughout the project life cycle.
- Hold kick-off meetings with suppliers and explain drawings and provide details required at the start of site work.
- Hold weekly progress review meetings with contractors and suppliers to identify and address site-related issues by providing appropriate mitigations.
- Ensure project completion as per approved VFC drawings, approved methodology and applicable quality and safety standards.
- Escalate critical activities to the project team, prepare microprograms on MSP and MS Excel to achieve the smaller milestones.
- Regular site visits and maintenance of the approved construction program based on actual work performed on site.
- Development of histograms/S-curves for the analysis of project progress and deviations.
- Identify project discrepancies and constraints and report to the Project Director.
