I had a duty manager responsible include overseeing daily operations,  ensuring every single staff member were assigned and I was monitoring effectively of all processes and creating a positive work environment all though I was young enough with other staff members  the company offered me that role but yes I want to gain more and more knowledge in my new upcoming job.
