- Handling timesheet uploads for doctor’s division
- Directly contacting the hospitals in the UK with reference to booking the doctors (duration & time and fixing the amount the doctor would be paid for on an hourly basis keeping in mind the agencies commission
- Getting doctors booked to jobs and invoicing timesheets.
- Dealing with major payment delay, overpayment, underpayment, and escalations
- Ensuring escalations raised are resolved within 24 hours once raised & making sure the correct amount is sent to the doctors' account.
- Excellent negotiating skills, ensuring offers and terms of Business are best suited to the Doctor's needs
- Liaising with UK counterparts/Stakeholders to ensure smooth communications between UK & India offices.
- Giving prompt and accurate information on individual staff member performance and deciding bonuses accordingly.
- Mentored and guided employees ensuring all were trained in product knowledge and capable of performing assigned duties.
