> As a Room service waiter I am responsible for preparing order,set trays and delivering items to guest rooms in an attentive and efficient manner, and ensuring to provide excellent quality service as per the Hotel standard operating procedure.
>Performs opening and closing procedures established for the department.
>Accurately records, pre - checks and pick-up all food and beverage order.
> Check in with guest to ensure satisfaction with each food course and or beverage.
>Present physical and accurate check to guest and complete the payment process.
>To have a full knowledge of the food & beverage items and menu.
>Monitor operating supplies, equipment and reduce spoilage and wastage successfully.
> Monthly and Daily inventory control and check list update and record and system update report.
> Mini bar sells and disputes record.
> Order taking process and allergy guest handling while on call keep recording everything in KOT.
>Ensure correct posting in POS system for communication to the service and kitchen department.
> Report positive and constructive guest feedback to the manager.
