Executing PQT,WQT,EQT,and Report generation.
Knowledge in Preheat,PostHeat,PWHT.
Preparation of Daily Inspection Reports and status ofwork.
Having experience of Manual(SMAW),Semi-Automatic Welding(FCAW),(Pipeline Welding Technology).
Having experience inTIG and SMAW welding for a piping work
Execution and Controlling of Main line,Tie-In&Repair welding.
Inspectionon Trenching, Coating,lowering, Backfilling of Pipeline activities.
Planning for Daily and weekly inspections and in timating the client for inspection.
Controlling the site activities and coordinating with the client for resolving the issues.
Weekly/Monthly report preparation & submission.
Line walk and Punch point generation and closing with respective of ISO’s and P&ID’s.
Preparation of Summary Sheet,TestPack& hydrotest Witness.
Controlling the site activities and coordinating with the client for resolving the issues.
Handover &Turnover the system with Final Documentation submission as per client schedule.
