• Provide daily support to users of various software systems including Should be able
to troubleshoot and resolving technical issues related to end-user infrastructure.
(Laptop/Desktop)
• Supporting issues related to Email solutions, Security Software, VPN, etc.
• Should support Desktop / Laptop hardware and its network, Internet troubleshooting
issues related to Wi-Fi, etc.
• Installation and operational support of Printers (Network, USB & Shared)
Installation and troubleshooting of Windows.
• Join local machine in domain
• Manage user calls through ticketing tool.
• Maintaining & troubleshooting the user laptop and desktop issues running on
Windows OS etc.
• Configuring mail, internet on Mobile devices and related troubleshooting.
• End to end trouble shooting End user services network issue Provide support on
Outlook related issues and Windows OS related issues.
• Coordinating with Vendors to troubleshoot on assets which are in Warranty Should
be ready to work in 24x7 environment.
• Ticket handling Address user tickets regarding hardware, software and networking.
• Solving the software related problems using remote desktop access tool if
required.
• Daily meeting scheduling support, end-user support using VC
systems.
• Troubleshot problems and diagnosed system faults.
