  • Identify data to be briefed to management and workforce via workshops with a view to driving efficiencies

It was 147 kms 4 lane project from biaora to dewas. Project cost was 2150 cr.
I was preparing almost 80 percent of sub contractors bills of highway and structure.
Eartwork quantity estimations was operated over calquan software.
Reconciliation, progress report, sap entries, workorder preparetion & bill booking on sap and other work is following below
 
  • Developing, maintaining and administering the commercial elements of temporary works schedules and associated Sub-Contractors.
  
  • To assist senior staff in the compilation of data to monitor individual contract performance on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  
  • Measurement and valuation of works (on site and from drawings) for Valuations, Variations & Final Accounts as directed by line manager.
  
  • Value work executed by sub-contractors and certify interim and final payments.
 
  • With budget monitoring, and providing contract/workstream performance data in regular timely manner
  
  • Assist in commercial input including financial and contractual performance forecasts to the management team
