Aspiring Baseball Coach having years of playing experience at collegiate and professional levels. In recent years, I've been guiding and mentoring athletes, helping them to maximize their performance levels and success on/off the field. My coaching philosophy stands on the term "Make It Happen". To win ball games, to win in life, understanding failure is how you learn to succeed. Failure builds character. The goal is to train student athletes to become professionals in the world. To become a professional, one must be prepared at all times. My job as a coach is to expose the unprepared everyday, so we are ready at all times during the season. We want to  remember what failure feels like in the fall and winter to not feel that same feeling in the spring and summer.  The ultimate  goal is to build a winning culture that graduates 100% of it's athletes every year and set future alumni up for success in life.
