- Leading a team of North America region for US HR onboarding.
- Managing client escalations and making sure that the process and guidelines are being followed by team.
- Responsible for giving approvals for cases where discrepancy, forgery, criminal hit is found.
- Managing seamless background verification process from candidate invitation to uploading completed BGV reports on MIS, including drug screenings, employment, education, license, reference verification.
- Initiating confidential communication with candidates to secure sensitive documents and information, ensuring privacy and compliance with data protection protocols.
- Assessing and adjudicating criminal background checks in need of review per the SLA.
- Maintaing regular communication with Talent Acquisition (TA) team to ensure timely completion of all pre-hire formalities.
- Proactively contacting vendors to expedite delayed background verification processes, ensuring prompt delivery of reports to meet organizational timelines.
- Ensuring background checks meeting company's and clients requirements within TAT
- Reviewing and processing I9 for all new hires of US region using Emptrust tool
- Experience and proficiencies in using various tools such as Workday, RAMCO, Emptrust, Sterling.
- Knowledge of workday and experience in global HR operation/HR shared services.
- Providing general support to HR team and perform other duties as assigned.
- Auditing BGV cases and providing feedbacks.
- Making data and checking reports on HRIS system and allocation of cases among team members.
- Working on MS office ( Word, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
