- Decorate fondant and soft frosted cake daily
- Using variety of baking and decorating tools such as mixer carving tools and confectionery products
- Coaching junior staff in bakery and pastry
- Carefully prepared fresh ingredients , storing and using appropriately in line with health and hygiene regulations
- Assist with Executive pastry chef for menu creation
- Weighed, boxed and wrapped bakery products
