I am passionate about guiding athletes to reach their full potential, using well researched strategies to optimise performance in an environment that promotes athlete wellbeing and effective management of training programmes.   • Designed and implemented the England Beach Sprint Development Programme which yielded 9 of the 11 U19 2024 Beach Sprint Great Britain Rowing Team (GBRT)
  • Established the Studland Coastal Academy implementing a beach sprint programme which led to 2 International, 2 National and 9 regional Championships and 2 4 Nations Champions
  • Designed and led the programme for the GB U19 pre-Worlds training camp
  • Set the programme for, monitored and coached the Senior Womens Solo culminating in a Silver Medal at the World Championships in a field containing Olympic Medallists
  • Established a network for women coaches in coastal rowing 9 of whom gained coaching honours at Home International, European and Coupe de le Jeunesse Beach Sprint Championships. Presented sessions on the Beach Sprint Coach Development Programme
  • Collaborated with the England Athletics Sprint Coach to design a set of sprinting sessions for Beach Sprint athletes
  • Lead Coach for the England Team for the Home International, selecting the team, leading the coaching strategy resulting in England winning the overall Home International title
  • Created Risk Assessments for all aspects of beach sprint activity
  • Performed site visits to assess beach profiles for beach sprint training and events
  • Proficient at reading weather and sea conditions and understanding their impact on race strategies
