• Documenting MIS reports on monthly basis and submitting it to management to facilitate critical decision making.
• Ensuring that all payments are made to external consultants within the stipulated time frame & as per contractual provisions.
• Client interaction for Sales & Marketing, Customer Service, Time Management, etc
• Follow up official emails, escalating issues with the proper authority.
• Performing analysis based on different criteria and other operational metrics and providing recommendations and action plans for operations to improve.
• Cost effective analysis; ensure the project budget is kept well within the limit.
• Performing monthly analysis on all projects and identify the enhancements required while working on different projects.
• Prepare new templates and dashboards centered on the project and enhance the existing templates to improve the quality of the reporting.
• Automate the reports using Excel macros in order to increase the efficiency of reports generated.
