- Prepareding JDs for recruitment after discussion with team and posting requirements
- Screening Profiles, shortlisting and sheduling interviews, meetings and other HR events.
- Selecting the candidate, doing documents and background verification and issuing employment letters
- Orienting new employees to the organization and assisting in Onboarding
- Coordinating seminars and management meetings
- Maintaining the database records of every employee
- Processing payroll and solving payroll related problems
- Completing termination paperwork and completing exit interviews and FnF Formalities
- Producing and submitting reports related to the salary of employees
- Organising employee engagement activities and conducting performance reviews
- Participating in benefits tasks, such as claim resolutions, reconciling benefits statements, and approving invoices for payment
- Maintaining records related to grievances, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions
