This role was very much subjective towards the BAU tasks on a day to day basis. Had to be very stringent on the deadlines and handling back to back requests on improving analysis techniques for GFPS(Global Fraud Policy Services) team. Below are the major requirements that have been handled:

1. Updating BAU queries and Google Sheets on a day to day basis and proof reading the collected data till the end points.
2. Handling stakeholder requests on emergency timelines and delivering them on priority
3. Preparing dashboards based on the newer studies for the handled LOB comprising of 13 sub LOBs
4. Update new methods to the managers and seeking research and analysis on the data from the respective leads of the sub LOBs to check for repetitive patterns on any of the LOBs interlinked and making changes.
5. Had to conduct weekly, monthly and quarterly reviews amongst the stakeholders, managers and site lead. Take important feedback from the reviews and brainstorm on improvement mechanisms

Prior to working for GFPS, I was assigned to Japan Eats and then to ANZ commops where it was straight forward work to get agent metrics under one roof. Below are the requirements that have been handled:

1. Regular hourly updation of agent metrics which would help in team's real time metrics management
2. Provide weekly and monthly scorecards to the managers and the team leads by automating them using uworc and Google scripts.
3. Daily and weekly connects with the team leads to make them understand the grey areas and advice on improvement practices.
4. Made one touch dashboards that can send agent performance (scorecard) on a single click and regularly manage the flow.

Projects and Diversity
Every project worked during the tenure had a very wide spectrum of uses in their own culture of work and the way they had to be showcased

1. Project Fount - A very recent project that was worked upon showing the adherence and running capacity of all the COEs. Was involved in taking crucial analysis using all the dashboards that were built towards commops and cultivating improvement mechanisms on further steps. This being a Global project had a huge impact on the work scale
2. Automate metrics - This is a very rapid project but interesting on the aspect of accumulating results from various sources of data( automated and non automated), pulling them off to a single source of truth dashboard using uworc and python scripts.
3. Quality metrics Global corrections - This was during my early stages as Business analyst where Periscope aa a platform was struggling in the interim stages to procure right data. Made heavy changes in the queries that pulled in regional numbers on Quality metrics and got a better recognised as a crucial project in setting up the pilot for newly launched Periscope tool data.
