 Creating Manufacturing Bill of materials(MBOM) for  Mechanical and electrical components in SAP by bridging input data and material availability within elevator regulations by variant configuration rules.
 Implementing Engineering Change Management (ECM) with quicker response time.
 Generating and assigning part numbers according to the customer requirement.
 To provide Engineering service and support to Supply Operations, Field Engineering & Project Management.
 Identify non-standard & standard materials and correspondingly fix the factories where they need to be procured from. Also To meet the scheduled delivery dates and ensuring the quality.
 Prepare conformity assessment procedures and existing safety components certificates for live usage of lift examination by European regulatory bodies.
 Involved in analyzing “5 why’s” for customer feedbacks and proposing corrective actions(CA).
 Communicating with FL client /Project Engineers/Supplier to incorporate their needs in the product.
 Involving in the process of checking using checking tools to keep the level of negative feedbacks low from customer end.

  Making of 3D model and preparation of 2D drawings of the sheet material parts of elevator, car & counter weight frames, pulley drawings and its assembly drawings in Auto desk Inventor tool.
  Making of 3D model of elevator component parts and its assemblies.
  Good working experience in manufacturing parts. 
 Modification of drawings during various stages.
