Build a strong business relationship with internal stakeholders which involves leadership in R&D, Quality & Project Management.
Work with Hiring Managers to implement the talent acquisition strategy (in line with business strategy & regional talent acquisition strategy)
Managing end to end lateral recruitment process involved in Sourcing, Screening, and Selection until their point of on-boarding.
Partnering with Business units in managing and supporting all manpower requirements across departments.
Preparing market map and sourcing of candidates for leadership and critical positions.
Ensuring 100% compliance across all organizational processes and guidelines catering to RMS and Talent Acquisition process.
Driving the social media hiring (LinkedIn) and ensuring constant engagement with prospective talent present across various platforms.
Identifying and empaneling recruitment vendors and job portals and effectively working with them to close vacancies within time.
·Communicating regularly with internal stakeholders to determine the effectiveness of the recruiting strategy and implementation, and to gauge changing needs and requirements for manpower.
Generating weekly MIS reports on hiring status – monthly hiring plan update, sourcing effectiveness, and implementing key analytics.
