- Responsible for the completion of web enrollment case set-up on the committed web enrollment platform.
- Responsible for management of project timelines related to assigned enrollment requests, adhering to standard turnaround time and meeting all customer enrollment event deadlines.
- Responsible for creating accurate and compliant enrollment materials while maintaining quality
- Partnering with third party vendors and internal business units to execute requests on time and coordinate with respective teams for troubleshooting an issue.
· Responsible for developing a plan to accomplish inventories within the given turnaround time to achieve SLA’s · Improved process by providing ideas, documents and guidelines to RPA teams for automation and reduce FTE and improved quality on the specific process.
Worked as Business analyst with the reporting tool IBM Cognos. · Responsible for preparing the Monthly, weekly and daily reports and score cards for the business. ·
Responsible for preparing team reports like inventory, SLA, production, quality data and team member’s scorecard. Sharing the same to client and operation leads on a daily and monthly basis.
Handling a team of 15 members and acting as a point of contact for resolving all issues and escalation from client and vendors.
Attending weekly client calls to discuss about the status of inventory, production, new updates, ongoing issues and escalations
Preparing training plans and imparting training for the new associates.
Tracking work hour’s compliance & conducting sessions/quiz to improve associate’s knowledge in process.
Provide end to end resolution for EDI setup in UAT and Production for onboarding Trading Partners (Vendors).
Mainframe user access recertification, enabling, disabling and providing new access to the new users.
Involved in mailing activities like yearly renewal letter to subscribers and employer groups. Providing data for Newsletter mailing.
Communicating trading partners about their employer group renewals and plan changes.
Handling spot audits for associates to ensure data privacy and adhere to client policies and procedures.
POC for data migration from the legacy database (DB2) to new platform database (Oracle),
preparing scorecard for migrations. Conducting the Process training for the new joiners.
Handling the High$ claims and Shock claims with the Paid amount >1lak Dollar value.
