· Preparation of End to End process flow and finalizing the scenarios to be tested
· Preparation of User Testing document of each work flow
· Development and Enhancement of Systematic Operating Process (SOP)
· Data gathering from SAP tables for data cleansing, data maintaining, Audit reports & Analysis
· New system enhancement by raising technology change via PPM tool
· SLA Improvisation by removing additional steps or proposing to make it automated from technical team by driving it
· Managing Extension Engine by setting up first check of validation of data by avoiding duplication. Validations at Operating Company, Company code or Material Type-Material Group Combination level
· Provide resolution to the queries of end user by testing the existing workflow and proposed workflow as Subject Matter Expert.
#Project: ARIBA – Vendor Preferred Supplier List
· Responsible to prepare implementation plan to migrate suppliers from old platform to ARIBA
· Responsible to create new supplier and assigned the same under qualified or preferred supplier
· GAP analysis and providing solutions to Category Manager across regions on supplier spend
· Providing support and making sure the supplier has been on boarded successfully for all regions
· Marking supplier as Qualified or Preferred as per their spend
